How to check your leads

Directly delivered to your Inbox

When potential customers are interested in your listing, they can fill in the form on one of the portals to reach out about the property.

After this request is sent, you get an email from noreply@properstar.com with all the information that a customer provided and the text of the message. That's what we call a "lead".

⚠️ All leads are sent to the email address that you selected for your account. Please note that lead emails can be rejected or fall into Spam/Junk folder, so make sure to whitelist all messages from noreply@properstar.com

Your Inbox on Properstar dashboard

Apart from your email, all leads are also saved to your Inbox in the Properstar dashboard. 
To see your Inbox, go to dashboard.properstar.com and log in to your profile using the Login button in the top right corner.

You will be redirected to your Listings. Now you can click on Inbox in the top menu and take a look at the list of your leads.

If you click on the listing image in the conversation, you will be redirected to the listing that the client was interested in. 

All leads go through anti-spam and anti-bot checks before you receive them. We aim to deliver only qualified leads, so some machine checks are performed before forwarding a lead to you.
