Here you will find answers to questions about luxury listings publication, displaying or hiding the price, receiving lead requests, and more
Q: I paid for a Luxury promotion two days ago, but why do I still see my listing unpublished on some of the websites?
A: It may take a couple of days for some of the portals to publish your listing.
There will be more publications over time as more and more portals are processing the information and sending it back to us.
We would suggest checking back later today and tomorrow to track the publication progress.
The Luxury portals are the ones at the top of the Publication page. This is what you may see when we receive backlinks from all portals:
Please note that the list of Luxury portals may vary depending on the location of your property because some portals have country restrictions. See below for more information.
Please also note that the publication system of MansionGlobal.com and Realestate.WSJ.com only works Mondays through Thursdays. So it may take up to 4-5 days for a luxury listing promoted on Thursday to get published on these two portals. They are working to include weekends, but there is no exact timeline as of now.
Q: Why was my listing rejected?
A: Different portals have different rules. Some of them only accept residential property. For others, there is a minimum price or a minimum living area requirement, or a restriction by country.
For example, Zoopla.co.uk and Primelocation.com don’t allow listings from the UK, and Proprietes.lefigaro.fr — from France, etc.
You can click on the ‘Rejected’ link on the Publication page next to view the reasons for rejection:
You will see the list of portals with the reasons for rejection. For example:
Q: Why are lead requests from [portal_name] coming so slow?
A: There may be slight delays with the leads coming from the Juwai.com and Juwai.asia portals because of the additional verification step on their end.
Otherwise, leads from the Luxury portals should arrive on the same day they are sent.
Please note that if you try testing the lead requests from all portals at once, our anti-spam system may identify your email as spam.
Q: Why are my listings published under ListGlobally name/address on [portal_name]?
A: If you see your listings under the ListGlobally name (our company name) and address on a portal, it means that this portal requires every publisher to have an account with them.
This question mainly applies to Zoopla.co.uk and Primelocation.com. If you want to publish your listings with them under your name, you will need to purchase a subscription, and an account (a branch) will be assigned to you. You can find more information about subscriptions here: Zoopla Membership packages.
Our company already has the branch on these portals, so you don't have to pay extra to have your listings published there. You will still receive all leads generated by these publications. For more information about contact details, please see below.
Q: Why do I see a different contact info displayed on my listings on [portal_name]?
A: Even if you see your listings under the ListGlobally name/account, we dispatch leads from all Luxury portals to the agents’ emails, so no one will lose their leads.
Proprietes.lefigaro.fr are planning to support real contact details on each listing. This improvement is still pending. At the moment, the listings receive ListGlobally’s contact details except for phone numbers. The good news is that right now the phone numbers are the actual agencies’ numbers.
Juwai.com / Juwai.asia portals are publishing the listings under ListGlobally's name/page:
ListGlobally's page on Juwai.com
ListGlobally's page on Juwai.asia
and they also display the agency names and the phone numbers of the related agents.
Q: How can I have a luxury listing published without revealing the price?
A: It is important that we here at Properstar receive the actual price. To hide it from potential buyers, please check with your CRM or feed provider if they can send this information as a flag or otherwise. After that, you will be able to use this flag to indicate that you do not wish to share the price.
If you create a listing manually, you can choose not to display the price by clearing the checkbox:
If we don’t receive the price at all, the portals will reject such listings when we send them the information to be published.
Q: Why are some photos on Juwai portals bigger than the others?
A: Some of the listings may have bigger photos and more details and come on top of search results. Why? The Juwai.com and Juwai.asia portals have a luxury product of their own—listings with prices over 5 million USD receive better visibility, bigger photos and more details. Compare:
Q: Why is a Chinese translation missing for some of my listings on Juwai portals?
A: Listings with a price under 5 million USD receive an automatic translation. Juwai-specific luxury listings—the ones with the price of 5 million USD and over—receive a higher quality translation by human translators. That’s why it takes longer for Chinese texts to appear on some of the listings.
Q: Why are different portals showing a different number of photos?
A: It has to do with the portal requirements. For instance, Lux-residence.com only allows 10 photos, Immo.Vlan.be—a maximum of 32 images. Juwai.com and Juwai.asia will show 20 photos, Proprietes.lefigaro.fr—30 photos. Immonet.de will put a stop at 42 pictures and Immowelt.de - at 99 pictures.
Realestate.WSJ.com, MansionGlobal.com, Zoopla.co.uk and Primelocation.com don’t seem to impose any limits. Let us know if you find out otherwise!
Q: How can I assign another listing in the luxury slot?
A: If you want to choose another listing for the luxury promotion, navigate to the current luxury listing, open the Promotion tab and click the button to stop promoting it:
After that you will get a Luxury credit and will be able to promote another listing with it. Just click on the listing you wish to promote, go to its Promotion tab and click Promote to Luxury:
Confirm promoting with the Luxury credit and this is it.
