# How to cancel your subscription
## It's sad that you want to leave us
Can we do anything about it? If yes, please contact us through the [contact form here](https://dashboard.properstar.com/contact). We'll do our best to help.
If you want to cancel, you can reach out to us in two ways:
1\. Please simply contact our commercial team through the [contact form](https://dashboard.properstar.com/contact).
2\. You can also use the chat box on the bottom right of your screen.
Please note that the cancellations should respect the [terms and conditions](https://dashboard.properstar.com/terms-of-use).
The subscriptions are auto-renewed unless the cancellation request arrives 30 days prior to the renewal date.\*
*\*cancellation must meet the terms and conditions of the contract negotiated.*
