Tips on how to manually search for your property on the portal’s international section
We have portals in our network that do not provide us with a direct link to the property listing. To view your property listing on this portal you will need to manually search for it in the Publication tab and then search for it on the portal.
Here are some tips on how to search for your property on the following portals:
- Find the international section of the portal, for example Realtor.com has a link to it in the footer at the bottom of the page:
2. Start typing the city or country name to choose the necessary location:
3. Add refining parameters like Property type, Price, Bedrooms, Bathrooms to the search:
4. Change the order if necessary.
NB: You can change the language of the page, currency, area and distance unit:
Life-hack: if the price of your property is outside the price range available in the refine search you can change it directly in the link:
By default if you don't have the max price parameter set, all the properties above the minimum price will be shown in the search results.
In the example above it's not possible to narrow the search results down to the minimum price starting from $3 000 000, as the top value is $1 million.
In this case you can change the minimum price value directly in the link and see the refined results:
