Image Upload FAQ
High-quality pictures make your property listings stand out and attract more potential buyers. While our platform does not impose strict technical limits, we recommend following these best practices for uploading photos
Supported Formats
You can upload images in a wide range of formats, including:
-
JPG / JPEG (recommended for property photos)
-
PNG (good for graphics, logos, or images requiring transparency)
-
WEBP (modern format with smaller file sizes, if available)
-
AVIF (advanced format with excellent compression and quality)
- GIF, BMP, TIFF and most other standard image formats are also supported
Recommended Image Size
-
There is no strict file size limit for uploads, but larger images may take longer to load.
-
As a rule of thumb, keep images under 10 MB each for faster upload and page performance.
-
If an uploaded image is larger than 1 MB, it will be automatically reduced to a maximum of 1920×1080 px (or less) to ensure fast display without compromising too much quality.
- For any additional file attachments, the maximum file size supported is 25 MB.
Resolution & Display
-
For best results, upload high-resolution images that will look sharp across different screen sizes.
-
We recommend at least 1600 px width or higher so the photos remain clear on large displays and modern high-resolution (Retina/4K) screens.
-
Avoid very small or low-resolution images, as they may appear pixelated.
Tips for Better Photos
-
Use landscape orientation whenever possible (fits most listing layouts better).
-
Ensure good lighting — natural daylight usually works best.
-
Keep rooms tidy and uncluttered to highlight space.
-
Show multiple angles: living area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and exterior.
-
Include at least 5–10 images per property to maximize engagement.
