My property listings in the search results

The search on our portals takes into account a mix of criteria such as:

• listing’s first publication date;
• distance to the place of search;
• promotion level (Elite or Luxury) and the date of the promotion;
• publication category of the listing;
• price changes of the listing;
• other specific search parameters selected by a potential client during their search on portal.

Listings with Elite or Luxury promotion get a general higher position in the search and more performance. However, the promotion is not the only parameter that is taken into account. The search is also using rotation, which means that every time you check the same search, the results will be different.

Depending on the size of a selected location, there can be more or less listings with equal level of promotion from different agencies, and we do our best to provide equal ground to them by rotating them in each and every search. Since the portal's main purpose is to be convenient and useful for the potential buyer, we also mix in some newer listings that meet the visitor's search criteria.

As a result, different sessions of search will come up with varying results.

If I want to bring a property to the front, do I have to reload the property and delete the old listing?

If you're looking to bring your property listing to the front, we do not recommend recreating it and deleting the old one. This approach can cause delays, as some partner portals may take several days to deactivate the original listing and publish the new one. Additionally, this would result in the loss of all accumulated statistics per listing (views, leads, performance history, etc.).

I have a number of days indicator on the listing in the dashboard, does it affect the visibility of the listing?

The indicator with number of days doesn't affect the visibility of the listing at all. It restarts if the new listing is published and is only visible for you in the dashboard.
