# How to edit the price of an imported listing
### How your listings get to Properstar
If you use a CRM or a listing management platform, your listings probably reach Properstar through an integration. We receive your listing data automatically, including the price, and update it regularly. When you change something in your CRM, the update usually shows up on Properstar within 24 to 48 hours. You don't need to do anything on our side.
### Editing the price on Properstar
On your Properstar dashboard, open the listing detail page. You'll see an option to Edit the price of your listing:
This option is mainly for price formats that our integration with your CRM or listing management platform doesn't support, such as a price per week or another custom period.
If you only want to change the amount, we strongly recommend doing it in your CRM or listing management platform, not on Properstar. That keeps the price in sync everywhere, and the new price will appear on Properstar within 24 to 48 hours.
### Already edited the price manually? Here's what happens
Once you edit the price of an imported listing on Properstar, it becomes a **price override**. A blue notification appears next to the price:
This means Properstar no longer takes the price from your CRM or listing management platform. Price changes you make there won't show up on Properstar. You have two options:
1. **Keep updating the price manually.** Make every future price change directly in your Properstar dashboard.
2. **Go back to automatic updates.** Contact our [Support team](https://dashboard.properstar.com/contact) and we'll reset the override. Properstar will then take the price from your CRM or listing management platform again.
