# Forgot my password

## How to reset your password in case you forgot it

1\. Go to [https://dashboard.properstar.com/home](https://dashboard.properstar.com/home) and click the **Login** button on the top right.

2\. Enter your email address → Continue with email 

3\. Click **Forgot your password?** to recover it.

4\. Enter your email address and click **Recover my password**.  
5\. We will send you an email with steps to take to reset your password. 

 

This simple process will allow you to gain access to your account back.
