Account archiving policy
If your account or user profile was created automatically through a CRM system or listing management tool, you might wonder what happens when you deactivate it on your side. Here’s how our archiving policy works and what you need to know.
We Don’t Archive Immediately — and Here's Why
When you deactivate a user or account in your CRM or data feed tool, we don’t archive it right away. Instead, we keep this account and user active for 15 days.
Why?
Because sometimes the deactivation might be caused by:
- A temporary technical issue
- A maintenance task on your CRM or listing provider’s side
- An accidental change
We want to make sure nothing is lost due to these short-term problems. That’s why we wait 15 days before removing the account or user from our system.
What Happens After 15 Days?
If the account or user stays deactivated in your CRM for more than 15 days, we will:
- Automatically archive the profile on our side
- The profile will no longer be active or visible
What If You Reactivate the Account or User in Your CRM?
If you reactivate the user or account in your CRM within 15 days, everything continues as normal — no action needed on your side.
