# Comment modifier le prix d’une annonce importée
### Comment vos annonces sont transmises à Properstar
Si vous utilisez un CRM ou une plateforme de gestion d’annonces immobilières, vos annonces sont probablement transmises à Properstar via une intégration. Nous recevons automatiquement les données de vos annonces, y compris le prix, et les mettons régulièrement à jour. Lorsque vous effectuez une modification dans votre CRM, celle-ci apparaît généralement sur Properstar dans un délai de 24 à 48 heures. Vous n’avez aucune démarche à effectuer de notre côté.
### Modifier le prix sur Properstar
Dans votre tableau de bord Properstar, ouvrez la page de détail de l’annonce. Vous y trouverez une option permettant de **Modifier** le prix de votre annonce:
Cette option est principalement destinée aux formats de prix que notre intégration avec votre CRM ou votre plateforme de gestion d’annonces ne prend pas en charge, comme un prix à la semaine ou pour une autre période personnalisée.
Si vous souhaitez uniquement modifier le montant, nous vous recommandons vivement de le faire dans votre CRM ou votre plateforme de gestion d’annonces, et non sur Properstar. Cela permet de maintenir le prix à jour sur l’ensemble des plateformes. Le nouveau prix apparaîtra sur Properstar dans un délai de 24 à 48 heures.
### Vous avez déjà modifié le prix manuellement? Voici ce qui se passe
Lorsque vous modifiez sur Properstar le prix d’une annonce importée, cette modification **remplace le prix importé automatiquement**. Une notification bleue apparaît à côté du prix:
Cela signifie que Properstar ne récupère plus le prix depuis votre CRM ou votre plateforme de gestion d’annonces. Les modifications de prix effectuées dans ces systèmes ne seront donc plus répercutées sur Properstar.
Deux options s’offrent à vous:
1. **Continuer à mettre à jour le prix manuellement.** Effectuez toutes les prochaines modifications de prix directement depuis votre tableau de bord Properstar.
2. **Revenir aux mises à jour automatiques.** Contactez notre [équipe d’assistance](https://dashboard.properstar.com/contact) afin que nous rétablissions la configuration précédente. Properstar récupérera alors de nouveau le prix depuis votre CRM ou votre plateforme de gestion d’annonces.
